“We are growing rapidly as a business and it’s a very exciting time for us. We’re thrilled to have all our new team members on board – both senior and the wider team – to help us progress and succeed in our endeavours as we continue to build our pipeline and property portfolio across all key resi sectors.”

Paul Brundell, CEO, Kosy Living

Set up by Brundell Property Group in 2017, Kosy Living, which represents the company’s Build to Rent portfolio has a number of brands within the business, including its co-living brand – Kosy Co Living, its PBSA brand – Kosy Student, and its later living brand – Kosy Life.

At the beginning of 2022, the company launched its portfolio by announcing a £1bn property pipeline. It was established in response to demographic shifts, lifestyle changes and concerns voiced on affordable housing. As a developer and operator, and by working in all key areas of the residential sector, the company can offer community living for every generation.

Earlier this year, Kosy Co Living announced a partnership with Maven Capital Partners and Puma Property Finance – for Brighton’s first co-living development. Following this announcement, the company released the first images of Enterprise Point, Phase two of the £22m co-living scheme.
