Kosy Living announces it has appointed Mark Hughes as its new Managing Director, responsible for leading the group in all its sectors including Build to Rent, co-living, purpose-built student accommodation and later co-living. Mark joins Kosy Living following eight years at Crosslane Residential Living, where he was Managing Director.
In his new role, Mark will lead the company’s in the delivery of its residential developments and growing pipeline as they aim to secure 5,000 beds by the end of 2023.

Kosy Living is set to deliver various developments across the UK, with projects lined up in Brighton, Bath, Bristol, Cambridge, London, Surrey, Cardiff and more. This includes Brighton’s first co-living urban village with over 400 studios across three adjacent sites, and Bath’s first purpose-built co-living scheme located in the centre of the city.
At the beginning of 2022, Kosy Living launched its portfolio announcing its £1bn property pipeline. The company was established in response to demographic shifts, lifestyle changes and concerns voiced on affordable housing.
