Independent property services group Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) announce the appointment of Sue Winterbourne as Head of Asset Management.

With almost 30 years of property industry experience, Sue carries a wealth of experience in residential leasing, operating expenditure and property management. She has a proven track record in Build to Rent and corporate client portfolios.

KFH is one of London’s largest, independently owned property services groups. This new appointment follows the company’s dedication to its expansion in the Build to Rent sector.

With 60 branches across the capital, KFH employs over 800 people. The group offers a range of professional integrated property services including residential sales and lettings, block management, financial services, survey professional services and property conveyancing.
