Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) appoints Kayleigh Sylvester as its Head of Portfolio Management. The newly created role will oversee the company’s growing Build to Rent and corporate client portfolio. Specialising in residential property recruitment, Realto Recruitment acted on behalf of KFH to source the suitable candidate for the role.
Kayleigh first entered the property industry in 2014 as a Saturday assistant with JLL. Within a few months, she was promoted to a permanent property management administrator role. Rising quickly through the ranks, Kayleigh left JLL as an Associate with four years’ experience in Build to Rent asset management.

Kayleigh brings eight years of property and portfolio management experience to her new role at KFH. For six of those years, she focused on Build to Rent/Portfolio Management at JLL, where she was an Asset Manager overseeing a portfolio of over 1,000 units. Prior to working in the property industry, Kayleigh worked in retail and restaurant management.
