The partnership between operator ila and COAT Paints marks a significant step forward for both companies ESG efforts, and will provide luxe, eco-friendly paints to ila’s growing residential portfolio of 4,000 homes across several major UK cities.

With a community and environmental focussed ethos, ila has partnered with COAT Paints to offer their residents access to a bespoke curation of colours that are eco-friendly, easy to maintain and made-to-order using advanced nanotechnology.
