Build to Rent developer – HUB – has appointed Victoria Manston as Development Manager. Victoria, a qualified town planner and chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, brings with her a wealth of experience having worked for both national and international developers – including Greenland Group and, most recently, Berkeley Homes.
Having delivered projects across London ranging from high-density, mixed-use schemes including The Ram Brewery, Wandsworth, to heritage-led housing schemes in sensitive parkland settings, such as Trent Park, Enfield, Victoria has expertise across the development process, from acquisition through to planning and delivery.

HUB has delivered over 1,000 homes in London over the past three years. Its latest strategic hire comes after the completion of Chesterfield House, a 239-home Build to Rent development in Wembley, North London, which comprises of two buildings – 21 and 26 storeys high.
Victoria, who holds a master’s degree in Spatial Planning from University College London, will work across a range of major ongoing and future projects in HUB’s growing pipeline. These include The Landing in Maidenhead – a mixed-use regeneration scheme that is set to revitalise the town centre. It will deliver 429 new homes, 100,000 sq ft of office space and 40,000 sq ft of retail space.

The developer also recently submitted plans for a canal-side regeneration scheme in Digbeth, Birmingham, that will deliver up to 2,120 news homes for sale, rent, coliving and student accommodation – alongside creative workspace, leisure and retail amenities, and more than two acres of public space including 200m of canal frontage.
