Award winning partner and developer – Higgins Group – announces a new key hire to support the company’s ongoing expansion into the Build to Rent market. The appointed, Tom Robson joins the company’s centralised Land and New Business team as Head of Build to Rent. The team focuses on Higgins Group’s suburban Build to Rent in the South East and Build to Rent across London.

Tom has a wealth of experience working on mixed use schemes and Built to Rent developments, having previously worked at Legal and General Capital and more recently at Lincoln Property Group.
