Enhancing its senior board, Housing Growth Partnership (HGP) has made a new, highly experienced appointment that will advise the firm’s development partners.

Housing Growth Partnership (HGP) has announced the recent appointment of Mary-Anne Bowring as a Senior Advisor on its board.

As a Strategic Adviser, Mary-Anne will be advising HGP’s development partners on the full development lifecycle. She will advise on underwriting, unit mix, efficiency, layout, mobilisation, lease-up, stabilisation and exit. She is a regular industry commentator and panellist on all things residential real estate including the building safety agenda.

Mary-Anne is founder of The Ringley Group – UK wide Asset Managers, Build to Rent Operators and Property Managers – who provide a range of professional services and have circa £10bn AUM. She is also a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Surveyor.
