Private real estate investment fund manager – Henderson Park – and global leader in the investment, development, and management of high-quality real estate, Greystar unveil Bloom Nine Elms, a new Build to Rent community at Nine Elms Parkside, close to Battersea Power Station.
In total, Bloom Nine Elms will deliver 894 new Build to Rent apartments. The first phase of homes includes 16 studios and 126 one-to-three-bedroom apartments, with prices starting from £2,100 per month. Amenities at Bloom Nine Elms includes on-site pet spas, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, a state-of-the-art 24-hour gym, and two expansive heated rooftop swimming pools (one for laps and the other for leisure), that sit at the centre of a rooftop garden terrace and accompanying sky-lounge bar with riverside views across London. A library, games room and private dining lounges offer residents private entertaining options for when friends and family visit, extending their living space.

Bloom Nine Elms is located on the south bank of the Thames. The development is surrounded by calming green spaces, including a brand-new lateral park. The location benefits from a prime position in the Nine Elms regeneration area and is a short walk from both the Nine Elms and Battersea Power Station Zone 1 Underground stations. Residents are also a 12-minute walk from Vauxhall station which provides Victoria Line and National Rail services.
Bloom Nine Elms is part of a wider development by Greystar and Henderson Park, who have invested over £500m into the wider Nine Elms masterplan. Alongside the Build to Rent developments, the scheme includes a new primary school, retail and leisure provision and additional public realm.
