Hearthstone Investments has completed a trio of new hires with the appointment of Lydia Minto as Asset Manager. This appointment follows the recent appointments of Jamie Jago as Non-Executive Director and Andrea Antonioni, Institutional Business Development.

With ten years of experience in residential asset management, Lydia joins from Knight Frank where she oversaw onshore and offshore portfolios. Lydia is experienced in providing advice and guidance on marketing and leasing strategies, and refurbishment projects. She focuses on the launching of new assets – to ensure portfolios reach their maximum occupancy and rental income. Lydia is also a Fellow of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

“We are delighted to welcome Lydia to the Hearthstone Investments team. Strong asset management capabilities are essential to achieve continuous and resilient income as well as our social impact targets. Well maintained properties and satisfied tenants are at the heart of our value proposition.”

Cedric Bucher, CEO, Hearthstone Investments

Across a range of funds and segregated mandates, Hearthstone Investments manages a portfolio of over 1,400 income producing homes spread over 100 locations such as Aberdeen, Newcastle upon Tyne, Preston, Nottingham, Cardiff, Exeter or Colchester.

Following the launch and successful close of the Hearthstone Residential Fund 2, as well as Mayfair Capital’s PITCH acquiring its first single-family residential properties in partnership with Hearthstone Investments, this asset management role ensures the growing portfolio of properties continues to be well maintained and residents benefit from a professional service.
