Greystar has completed the latest stage of its OurDomain development – adding 600 more apartments. They include a mix of two- and three-bedroom apartments at the OurDomain Amsterdam-Southeast Campus.
The two new residential buildings – West House and North House – form, along with East House, the largest residential project in the Netherlands, consisting of over 1550 units.
The co-living apartments are targeted at young professionals, couples, students and house-sharers and form part of the flagship transformation of the Amstel III area in the Amsterdam-Southeast borough.
Developed and operated by Greystar, OurDomain offers a modern, cosmopolitan lifestyle, with high-quality amenities that are fully tailored to the needs of residents – including 24/7 security, lounges, work-study areas, cinema, music room, game room, extensive gym facilities and an 18,000 m2 park.
The transformation of the area has been realised in no small part through Greystar’s partnership with the municipality of Amsterdam, Blauwhoed and VolkerWessels, which has been operating since 2018. The residential project is part of the transformation of the outdated and disused office blocks which formed most of the area – which are being turned into a sustainable residential and work district.
