“With any Grainger development, we aim to provide high quality homes, as well as the best living and social spaces for our residents. We recognise the importance of building communities both within and outside of our buildings, and we know modern renters want additional social spaces to hang out and the opportunity to build friendships and make a longer-term home.

“Whether you’re looking for a comfortable living space, somewhere to work, or somewhere to socialise, Enigma Square has it all and we are very proud of that.”

Enigma Square has an on-site Resident Services team to support and help with queries or maintenance requests. The team also provides a programme of social activities, set up to build a resident community. These include mixer events, guided gym classes, summer BBQs, festive mulled wine and mince pie Fridays in December, and pop-up collaborations with local businesses, restaurants and charities.

“After searching for an apartment for months, I am so glad to have come across Enigma Square. It offers the best amenities and just makes life that bit easier, all combined with the brilliant service from its staff.

“I can switch up my work from home routine, use the co-working space, go to the gym, and meet with friends in the resident’s area. Since living here, I’ve built friendships with lots of other residents, it’s a friendly space.

“The facilities do make a difference to everyday life, and I can’t speak highly enough of the team here. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to live.”
