GRAHAM is set to build a new Build to Rent scheme by developer Panacea Property Development, which will form the final phase of the Well Meadow regeneration project in Sheffield.

Funded by Grainger plc, the scheme will deliver 284 new homes – a mix of studio, one and two bedroom apartments across two residential buildings. The scheme is located in the Well Meadow Conservation Area in Sheffield City Centre – and the apartments will complement the wider regeneration of this emerging location.

Work has started on site and completion is expected by summer 2023.

“We’re proud to be working again with Panacea Property Development following our successful development of the Copper House – Liverpool in February 2021. We are also excited to be working with Grainger PLC, which is delivering hundreds of homes for rent in one of the UK’s most thriving cities.

“Sheffield is undergoing a period of regeneration and the provision of high quality housing remains a priority. This latest phase will certainly enhance the opportunities available to renters and we’re pleased to be working with the team to deliver them.”
