Get Living makes executive team hire

Get Living appoints a Chief Information and Technology Officer to lead its technology and neighbourhood teams.

Build to Rent operator, developer and investor – Get Living – appoints Jon Wood as its Chief Information and Technology Officer, to lead the company’s technology and neighbourhood teams. Jon brings his extensive experience in defining and delivering technology and digital strategies – and large-scale change programmes and transformations – to his new role.

Jon will report into Chief Executive Officer, Rick de Blaby, and joins Dan Greenslade, Chief Financial Officer, and Ailish Christian-West, Chief Operating Officer, on Get Living’s executive team.

Jon joins Get Living from the Medical Protection Society, where he was Executive Director, Member Experience, Digital and Data. Prior to this, Jon was Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Digital and Data at Disney, following his time at Carnival as its Chief Information Officer.

Jon has also held senior positions at Merlin Entertainments PLC, Fitness First and Nuffield Health. He has over 20 years’ experience in international c-suite digital and technology roles across business and consumer organisations.

Jon joins Get Living at a time of growth and innovation, with 4,000 operational homes and a further 6,500 in the secured pipeline across the UK. Technology is at the heart of Get Living’s infrastructure and resident proposition, with its resident app providing support, engagement and convenience for residents across its three neighbourhoods.
