Gatehouse Bank has produced a report – Build to Rent: Performance in a Pandemic. The report assesses how the Build to Rent sector has performed during and after lockdown and includes: 

  • What has happened to occupancy rates.
  • How rental collection was affected during the lockdown, and how it has recovered.
  • The results of its tenants’ survey, identifying which groups were most likely to go into arrears.
  • Why the Build to Rent sector is particularly resilient.
