As co-living popularity soars, DTZ Investors’ co-living brand – Folk Co-living – are launching their third development at Florence Dock in Battersea. The building already has a waiting list of 2000 people.

A ten-minute walk from Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Town Station, the London-based site will feature multiple roof terraces with views of the city, a huge co-working space, high spec community kitchens, a gym, cinema room, gaming room, lounge and on-site bar for residents to enjoy.

Constructed by RG Group, Florence Dock features spaces designed by Assael Architects, KKA and interior experts Atypical Practice. The scheme contains 270 private studios, and will be Folk’s third co-living scheme in the capital, which will continue the focus on community and connection by encouraging social interaction amongst residents.
Residents can expect to pay £1,695 per calendar month (studio price, cost may vary) which includes bill coverage, access to all events and communal areas, gym, cinema and co-working spaces.
The building, developed by Halcyon Development Partners, was funded through DTZ Investors’ specialist co-living investment vehicle, COLIV Fund I.
The site is expected to reach completion in April and open for renting in June this year, following the opening of Folk’s The Palm House in Harrow last year.
