Fizzy Living, one of London’s leading corporate landlords, has become the first Build to Rent operator in the capital to offer short term rentals.
Recognising the need to adapt to the changing needs and behaviours of renters, Fizzy Living offered flexible leases following an initial rental period of six months. Now, the company has announced it will offer a short term rental – the option to rent for an initial term of three months.
With the new minimum rental period, apartments and townhouses are available to rent across the capital – from Hayes in the west to Canning Town in the east.
