Industry-leading repair and maintenance management software provider – Fixflo – has announced the appointment of Kevin Watson, Operations & Commercial Director at PLATFORM_, as an industry advisor.
Kevin will work closely with the Fixflo team to help develop their product to meet the changing and growing needs of Build to Rent operators and residents – with a particular focus on the customer journey and experience.
The Fixflo system is already well adopted across the sector, with recent system upgrades to help Build to Rent operators to mitigate the risks around Covid-19 transmission between residents and contractors.

Kevin has a longstanding background in technology – with nine years at Virgin Media before taking up his role at PLATFORM_. He is also co-chair of the UK Apartment Association’s Operations Committee and sits on the Residential Management Committee of the British Property Federation (BPF).
