The Junction Build to Rent scheme in Leeds – a luxury modern rental concept by Native Residential – has arrived, with apartments available to rent now. The new scheme is set to transform city living with a restored viaduct, private dining, social events and local business support initiatives.

The Junction neighbourhood includes 665 Build to Rent homes – a mix of  one, two and three bedroom pet friendly apartments. Available both fully furnished and unfurnished, apartments offer an airy living space with floor to ceiling windows. Generous sized balconies and terraces offer views of the South Leeds skyline –a unique view of the city.

Standout social spaces at The Junction include lounges, co-working areas and private dining rooms. Lounges – which blend natural tones with a mid-century modern aesthetic – offer residents a place to socialise and relax – and attend a variety of events.

Co-working spaces are set within an abundance of greenery which adds colour and a touch of nature. It offers residents free Wi-Fi, coffee on tap, private meeting rooms, kitchen facilities and breakout spaces.

Two exclusive bookable private dining rooms are available to residents, enabling them to host dinner parties. The adjoining dining rooms are also used for social events including cookery classes, games nights, yoga and meditation classes, art lessons and pottery workshops.

The Junction neighbourhood also offers the blend of city living with the opportunity to connect with nature. As the development matures, landscaped gardens, pocket parks and the restored viaduct will all create natural spaces.

The carefully restored viaduct will connect The Junction development with the heart of Leeds. Once developed, it will offer the city’s most unique walk to work, as it transforms into a ‘secret garden’ that provides a peaceful ten minute commute, a thriving event space and a place to connect with nature.

Local members businesses include barista coffee shop 200 Degrees, Wellington Place eatery Mad Frans, and live music and cocktail venue The Domino Club.

“We are passionate about creating a neighbourhood that is more than just a place to live. We’ve cultivated spaces and experiences that appeal to whichever ‘you’ the day brings, alongside built-in practicalities that offer much-needed peace of mind.

“We’ve rejected dreary hallways and sad common rooms in favour of light, airy and stylish spaces that reflect the actual needs of busy modern professionals. Whether you want to meet new friends at one of our social events, hunker down in a co-working space with great Wi-Fi and coffee or host a private dinner party, you can do it all here.

“All this is just the beginning. In development are pocket parks, five a side sports pitches, landscaped gardens, and detailed plans to make the most of the historic viaduct archways. Down the line The Junction is set to be one of the most exciting waterside destinations in the city.”
