Belgravia has launched a first-look of its Lofthaus co-living development in Preston.

The team at family-run development firm Belgravia have announced the unveiling of their latest co-living development Lofthaus.

The development includes 307 contemporary studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, furnished with floor to ceiling windows that showcase stunning panoramic views. Standing at 22-storeys, Lofthaus has been designed to enrich the profile of Preston’s skyline.

The design takes inspiration from the surrounding natural environment. Sharp lines mimic mountainous terrain and dramatic valleys, influencing and shaping both its form and function to meet the growing desire for a new way of city living.

Amenities include 24/7 concierge services, a gym, fitness and wellness centre with meditation and yoga rooms, shared co-working spaces, a cinema room, luxury resident’s library, a games room and resident lounges.

Superfast Broadband and shared bike access come as standard with full time on-site management teams and in-app services. Events at the scheme include summer BBQ’s, games nights, health and fitness classes, and many more.

Belgravia have found that 51% of European investors plan to invest in co-living within the next three years, which totals £2.6bn, and represents an increase of 13% – the biggest growth rate across all living sectors.

Last year, there was on average 212 applications per one available co-living apartment in the UK. Alongside this, 24,000 co-living apartments are currently in the pipeline, with 1.5 million demand for co-living apartments by the end of this year.

Lofthaus comes to market this month, with work commencing on site in April 2024.
