Quintain Living opens the doors of its latest Build to Rent building, Madison, for an exciting first look at Wembley Park’s newest homes. The scheme includes 381 new homes – a mix of studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments which will be available for occupancy from the end of April 2022.
Apartments cater to everyone from individuals to sharers and families – with the scheme pet friendly. All two-bedroom homes have two bathrooms so that sharers can have a bathroom each. Pet owners will find a dedicated dog run in the geometric podium gardens. The gardens are also home to a children’s play area, slide, swings and three rentable BBQs (named after Mad Men’s Don, Peggy and Roger), whilst flowers, shrubs and trees have been carefully chosen to attract wildlife, including bees, pollinators and other insects.
Madison residents also benefit from the use of the expansive lounge, desks in the private work-from-home area and the rooftop-level loft, complete with sociable seating and a kitchenette. There is also bicycle storage, electric vehicle charging points in 20% of Madison’s underground parking spaces and storage cages for larger, seldom-used items. At ground floor level, residents enjoy easy access to a mix of retail offering, a super-gym and the flagship Canopy Children’s Nursery where residents get priority access.
“We are delighted to be able to offer new homes that deliver such a comprehensive range of amenities and resources. There is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to what people want from a home, so at Madison we’re providing stylish, welcoming homes that residents can mould around their needs and interests, whatever those may be.”
Danielle Bayless, Chief Operating Officer, Quintain Living
The new building’s name is inspired by NYC’s Madison Avenue, renowned for its reputation as a centre for America’s advertising giants. Throughout Madison there are references to the style and fashion of 1950s New York that US TV series Mad Men first brought so memorably to our screens 15 years ago. The sophisticated, mid-century modern feel scheme neighbours the lush greenery of the new Union Park (as Madison Avenue neighbours Central Park in New York).
Madison residents will enjoy access to all the benefits of renting with Quintain Living – from flexible-length tenancies to a host of social activities curated to focus on art, gastronomy, physical and mental health, parenting, music, film, literature and more.
Madison is located directly next to Wembley Stadium and close to the OVO Arena Wembley (formerly SSE Arena), providing easy access to a wide range of world-class sporting and entertainment events. The apartments are also a stone’s throw from London’s largest BOXPARK, the shops and eateries of London Designer Outlet, and central London which is a 12-minute tube journey.
