Quintain Living – who oversee over 2,500 Build to Rent apartments in Wembley Park – has revealed its latest Build to Rent homes for Londoners. Named The Robinson, the scheme includes 458 homes across three buildings. Bold and eclectic, the scheme is complemented by a range of social spaces. The Robinson’s focus throughout is on eclectic, design-led living for style conscious residents.
“Our vision for The Robinson is our most exciting yet. We’ve taken elements of British and US popular culture and delivered a living experience that breaks the mould. From a rooftop orange-shaped juice bar to London’s longest stretch of sun loungers, The Robinson offers something unique at every turn.”

The outdoor spaces at The Robinson are a prime example of this. The Festival Gardens is a large podium garden with several distinct areas. There’s a serene, secluded ‘peace garden’, swings, a dog park and a Mad Hatter’s Garden with drum BBQ and outdoor dining facilities. The roof terrace is an epic space that’s awash with colour – including everything to make the most of the incredible views and great outdoors – from sun loungers and deck chairs to work-from-home caravans, neighbouring the iconic Wembley Stadium arch.
The Robinson is also home to an impressive resident lounge at the top of the building. It’s a “work hard, play hard” space, with work-from-home pods, a dining room, a split-level courtyard with slide between each floor, and a Damien Hirst-inspired polka-dot London taxi coffee bar that soared above Wembley Stadium as it was lifted into place by a crane.
“The Robinson is unapologetic in its creativity and sense of fun. Polite irreverence was a cornerstone of our conceptual design. Irony, satire, sarcasm, British eccentricity and wit shine through every element of the building.”

Apartments at The Robinson are subtle though still artfully stylish. They feature Samsung appliances, Kohler bathroom fittings and a hand-picked furniture collection. The design of the living space is simple and classic, with bright kitchen colours used to inject character into the heart of each home. Bathrooms are simple and stylish, with a monochrome, Yin and Yang design, and apartment ceilings are equally understated with exposed concrete and galvanised piping. Lighting comes in coloured metal or bamboo, artfully contrasting to the exposed concrete ceiling.
The Robinson Build to Rent scheme promises unique homes for style-conscious residents who are looking for something extra special – which is what this scheme delivers.
“Each of our buildings at Wembley Park adds something new. With The Robinson, we’ve levelled up stylish living like never before, creating some really special places for our residents to discover and enjoy.”
