Moda Living has hired ex CBRE Senior Director – Guy Hurwood – as its Investment Director to support the business’s growth across its UK living platforms. Guy joins Moda from CBRE, where he was a Director within the capital markets team – advising on various landmark transactions worth over £2bn.
At Moda, Guy will spearhead global investor relations to facilitate substantial business growth across the living sectors. He will be responsible for maintaining relationships with the business’s existing investor pool, which includes leading global institutions, as well as sourcing and securing new funding and investment opportunities.

Before joining CBRE in 2019, Guy spent six years at PwC’s corporate finance team and previously worked for JLL’s pan-European corporate finance and debt advisory business. He has worked with Moda for several years on a number of its market-leading next generation neighborhoods.
