BTR and the Circular Economy

A panel discussion about Build to Rent and the circular economy. The panel will discuss and share their views on why sustainability is important in our industry, and how we can be working better together to find solutions.

The panel consists of recognised thought leaders with years of industry experience, and will be moderated by Tom Grey, Build to Rent Director at David Phillips. The panel includes Brendan Geraghty, CEO at UKAA, Nicholas Gill, CEO at David Phillips, Jackie Robinson, Director of East Village at Get Living, John Inglis, Head of Net Zero at Get Living, Andy Schmidt, Chief Community Officer at Seismic and Hannah Marsh, Co-founder and Chief Partnerships Officer at HomeViews.

This event incorporates the launch of Release – David Phillips’ sustainable furniture reuse system which gives pre-loved furniture a second lease of life. David Phillips take furniture that is no longer required but still in great condition and combines it with their teams’ skills and expertise to give it a spruce up ready for its next home.
