Pan-European real estate investment firm Europa has recently announced the appointment of Stefano Zucca Marmo as Managing Director (MD), Head of Operations.
Joining Europa, Stefano brings over 15 years’ experience in real estate finance.

Stefano joins from Precede Capital Partners where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to this, he held roles at PATRIZIA, most latterly as Head of Accounting and Tax, and at JLL.

Stefano’s extensive experience in real estate finance and operations will stand him in good stead as he partners with senior management to develop our long-term operational plans. Based in London, Stefano is a key strategic hire and will be responsible for maximising operational effectiveness and efficiency across the business, including fund operations, fund accounting, tax, real estate finance and IT.
Stefano’s appointment follows the company’s recent hire of Hamish Cameron as Director, Living Asset Manager earlier this month, and the appointment of Ed Crockett as Head of Residential Investment UK & Europe earlier this year.
