Outpost Management announces today (2 November 2022) that its latest Build to Rent development – Enclave: Croydon – has reached its maximum height. Standing at 158m, the development is Europe’s tallest modular building – and now becomes the tallest building in Croydon, and one of the tallest buildings in London.

Enclave: Croydon will deliver 817 Build to Rent homes across a 50-storey tower in the heart of Croydon. The scheme is being delivered by developer and contractor Tide Construction and its volumetric modular company Vision Modular Systems.

Employing the latest modular construction techniques, Enclave: Croydon is set to complete with an estimated construction time of 30 months. Using the Vision Modular Systems construction methodology typically saves 40% to 50% on construction programmes compared to traditional methods. The scheme is expected to open in late 2023.
