Cushman & Wakefield appoints Head of Living Land And Development

Continuing its Living sector expansion, Cushman & Wakefield makes a new hire to the role of Head of Living Land And Development.

Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Anthony Dixon as Head of Living Land and Development. The new hire continues the company’s expansion in the Living sector.

In his new role, Anthony will lead development and land transactions, and he will advise clients across the Living sectors, including all tenures of residential, senior living, PBSA and co-living.

Anthony will report to David Haynes, Head of UK Specialist Markets. He will also work alongside Head of Living, Charles Whitworth, and Paul Wickenden, Jim Cooper, and Declan Pope in the Living Land and Development team.

Anthony joins Cushman & Wakefield from independent property consultancy Allsop, where he spent the last 14 years in the Residential Transactional and Living Markets team providing disposal, acquisition, and development advice to a wide range of clients.

As part of Cushman & Wakefield’s ongoing Living sector expansion, the company recently announced the appointments of Mike Gorman, who joins later in the year to lead Residential Capital Markets activity across the UK’s core regional markets, and Jack Wagner as an Associate in the Residential Capital Markets team.

Emily Fox and John Freker have also joined as Partners in Residential Valuation & Advisory and Student Accommodation investment, respectively.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Living teams operate across Build to Rent, PRS, Student Accommodation, Senior Living and the wider residential and land markets providing a range of capital markets, valuation and advisory, consultancy and development services.
