Private equity and real estate administration company Crestbridge has recently appointed Craig Leitch as Director, Real Estate Services. In his new role at Crestbridge, Craig will be responsible for the portfolio management of complex corporate real estate clients. He will also support the senior management team in the development and evolution of the business’s comprehensive suite of Real Estate solutions.
Carrying over 19 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Craig is highly experienced working within Corporate Services. He joins Crestbridge from a global financial services provider, where he was the lead for a Corporate and Institutional team responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of Corporate, PERE and Real Estate clients.

Craig holds a Diploma in International Finance and Administration from the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
His appointment adds valuable expertise to Crestbridge’s multijurisdictional Real Estate Services team, which provides comprehensive support to asset managers including managing the administrative, accounting, reporting, residency, and governance needs of a broad range of real estate structures throughout their lifecycle.
