Specialist residential developer – Court Collaboration – has been named Property and Construction Business of the Year at the Birmingham Post Business Awards 2021.

The Birmingham-based company is celebrating after emerging victorious at the virtual awards ceremony which took place on 15 June. The ceremony recognises the work put in by individuals and businesses across the city this past year.

The accolade follows another win for Court Collaboration back in January 2021, where the developer scooped the Residential Developer of the Year award at Insider’s annual West Midlands Property Awards.

The developer has also received six shortlist nominations in four different categories at the Insider West Midlands Residential Property Awards – with winners due to be announced in July.

“It’s an honour to be recognised by the Birmingham Post and the fantastic judges behind this year’s awards. A huge congratulations to all the other winners and everybody nominated, doing the city proud as we all continue working to overcome the challenges of the last 12 months. We’ll celebrate tonight then it’s on with the hard work tomorrow.”
