UK mixed-tenure developer Countryside Partnerships completes the first handover of 36 SFH Build to Rent homes at its new development – known as Coggeshall Mill – located on the outskirts of Colchester in Essex.

Picture Living – Thriving Investments’ specialist PRS platform – will own and professionally manage the homes.

“We’re enormously pleased to be handing over the first PRS homes at Coggeshall Mill to Picture Living. We’ve a strong track record of working with a range of partners and joint ventures such as this which delivers high-quality homes to suit people from all walks of life. We’re looking forward to continuing these partnerships and welcoming our first residents here in the coming months.”

Verity MacMahon, Managing Director, Home Counties North, Countryside Partnerships

The range of two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes have been designed to meet the needs of various lifestyles. All homes offer fully fitted kitchens and white sanitaryware in bathrooms, as well as allocated parking.

Once complete, Coggeshall Mill will see a mix of private and affordable new homes, alongside a range of amenities, parks, and open spaces creating a vibrant and integrated new community.

“Receiving our first tranche of high-quality homes from Countryside Partnerships represents the latest milestone in our ambitions to grow our rental portfolio in the right locations and deliver a positive social impact in support of our mission to alleviate the housing shortage in the UK. We look forward to welcoming our first customers in the New Year and watching the new Coggeshall community thrive.”
