Regenerative developer CoLiCo Living, working in partnership with property investment firm Topland Group, announces that it has appointed consultant and operator VervLife to support the design, lettings and operation of Paradise View – a new Build to Rent development in Birmingham.
An office to residential conversion, the Build to Rent development is a revitalisation of the ex-Beneficial Building in the city centre. The building aims to provide much-needed rental accommodation in Birmingham city.

Set to complete in Q4 2023, Paradise View will deliver 159 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments together with 4,000 sq ft of ancillary amenity, a 4,000 sq ft retail unit commercially available to let and a 4,500 sq ft gym, which has been pre-let to Anytime Fitness.
Paradise View sits immediately adjacent to the £700m regeneration of the Paradise area of the city, which is set to deliver over 120,000 sq ft of retail space, three new public squares, and new grade A sustainable offices.

Amenities at the Paradise View scheme will include an expansive roof terrace with views over the city, 24/7 concierge, a cinema room, and a large co-working space and lounge.
Once it is complete and available for move-in, VervLife will fully mobilise and let Paradise View, dealing with its daily management and operations. The company will also roll out its specialist Build to Rent community engagement portal and app, VERVO, allowing residents easy, on-demand access to a host of bespoke services, exclusives and offers from across Birmingham and nationally.
