Birmingham-based property specialist Centrick has announced that it has stepped up its ambitious national expansion drive with the launch of two new offices in the southeast and northwest.

Centrick has invested in a new Manchester office at King Street in the heart of the city centre. It can accommodate a team of ten, with room for further expansion as the company wins more contracts in the region.

“Our major investment in new offices in the south and in Manchester reflects the growing volume of homes we have under management and a very strong pipeline of new instructions in those two key regions.

“The concept behind our national expansion programme has been to try and stay true to our values of building high quality local teams with local knowledge and connections that benefit the buildings that we manage.

“These new offices allow us to build a productive working environment closer to the buildings that we manage, allowing us to forge stronger working relationships both with our clients and with our network of local contractors.”

Paul Taylor, Operations Manager, Centrick

In the south, Centrick has relocated from Whiteley to larger offices in Fareham, between Portsmouth and Southampton, taking a 1,000 sq ft office with space for a 12-strong team at Cams Hall – a landmark listed Georgian mansion.

The specialist’s building and estate management and Build to Rent teams have already grown significantly with a portfolio of over 550 developments comprising over 26,500 homes, with more planned by the end of the year.

“These are very exciting times at Centrick and it is fantastic to be able to announce the launch of two new offices. We are committed to investing in both key regions and areas of our core team, such as building safety and compliance, whilst providing a local management service, on a national level.

“Our teams located throughout England have the benefit of a comprehensive infrastructure of technology, knowledge and expertise all designed to fulfil the Centrick vision; ‘making customers’ lives better every day, the Centrick way’. These new offices will help enhance the culture and collaboration of our growing regional teams, creating great working spaces that all our teams will benefit from.

“Our building and estate management and Build to Rent services continue to enjoy strong growth and, as the company continues to evolve, we will be building further on our regional hubs to grow the excellent levels of service our clients and residents have come to expect from us.”

Phil Johns, Group Managing Director, Centrick

This year, Centrick has made a number of new hires, including the appointment of Charles Lucas as Group Business Development Director, and four appointments to its building safety team. The expansion of the team forms a key part of the company’s long-term strategy to provide even greater support for its clients and their residents.

Alongside launching its Love Where You Live report in March – which takes an in-depth look at Britain’s booming Build to Rent market – Centrick also launched The Saxons Build to Rent scheme following being appointed by Oblix Living to launch and operate the scheme through its VICI platform.
