Birmingham-based property specialist Centrick has been awarded a highly coveted ‘outstanding’ grade following an audit by professional association for residential leasehold management, the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA).

ARMA Accreditation (formerly known as ARMA-Q) is based on standards developed specifically for the leasehold property management sector and independent regulation. The association randomly selected four blocks of properties for its 2023 accreditation audit from Centrick’s national property management portfolio of over 460 homes.

The firm, which has seen significant growth of its portfolio since the previous audit, achieved a ‘near perfect’ result with just one point of recommendation across the full audit.

“Following our recent ARMA accreditation audit the team at Centrick is delighted to announce that we have been awarded an ‘outstanding’ grade. Being recognised as ‘outstanding’, the highest level possible in the audit by our industry body, is a fantastic achievement and testament to both the quality of the team and the hard work they put into serving our clients and customers every single day. The audit examines all facets of our company, both the financial and operational stewardship of our business, and it’s this rigorous testing that creates confidence and trust in members and clients. In previous years less than 5% of managing agents have achieved the level Centrick has, providing comfort to those people that entrust us to look after their homes. We are extremely proud of our team and of our processes and standards that have enabled us to achieve the grade of outstanding.”
