Property specialist Centrick has been appointed by Oblix Living to launch and manage Iron Yard, an exciting new multi-million-pound Build to Rent development in Sheffield. The company will provide Build to Rent services through its new VICI platform which launched last month (March 2023) at MIPIM.
Operating in the Build to Rent sector since it first emerged, Centrick believes VICI is the only truly end-to-end Build to Rent solution for property developers and funds. It is designed to simplify, support and streamline Build to Rent operations.

Situated in the heart of the city centre, Iron Yard will provide 95 new Build to Rent homes – a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a residents’ health club, a co-working hub and residents’ lounge, and private dining and event space. the scheme will also include extensive private parking with EV chargers.
Iron Yard achieved practical completion last week, and is set to welcome new residents shortly.
