Real estate investment company – CA Ventures – has appointed Tim Phillips as Head of Residential Europe – to take responsibility for the development of their European Build to Rent market, starting with the UK. Tim has 14 years’ experience in the real estate industry – most recently as director at Lothbury Investment Management.
