The Build to Rent scheme at Chesterfield House was delivered in partnership with Bridges Fund management. The site was completed by Henry Construction – and has now been handed back to Realstar, a real estate investment and management company who will operate the scheme under its UNCLE brand.
Designed by architects Maccreanor Lavington, the Build to Rent development has 239 apartments across two buildings – 21 storeys and 26 storeys high. There’s a seven-storey building connecting the two main blocks which frames the ground floor level public square. The public square includes seating, planting and paved areas, and a public walkway between the building provides access to potential future development phases behind High Road.

Amenities include a rooftop terrace, BBQ area, an indoor three-point basketball court, a Zen Zone incorporating an InHere meditation studio, and a fitness study with a TRX and Technogym equipment. Apartments come unfurnished or furnished – which are provided by Danish brand Bo Concept.
