Construction at later living Build to Rent homes provider Birchgrove’s Pepperpot House in Godalming is progressing smoothly, following the development’s topping out celebrations earlier in the year.

Birchgrove also announced that homes were available to be reserved off-plan, with Janet being the first resident to reserve off-plan and has stated that she is “super excited” to be moving in the autumn.

Pepperpot House will deliver 52 one- and two-bedroom self-contained rented apartments for people over 65. Amenities include a 24-hour concierge service, café/restaurant, licensed bar, wellness suite, and a courtyard with a lounge and landscaped roof terrace offering views over Godalming to the Surrey Hills.

Located on Brighton Road, the 1.02-acre plot has been developed on the site of a former Mole Country Stores that had stood empty since September 2017. As part of the development, the Grade II listed Cowshed at the entrance to the site is also being fully restored to provide two one-bedroom apartments.
