The Live Oasis St Albans Place and Live Oasis Merrion Street Gardens are two of the new YPP Build to Rent developments in Leeds.

The brand-new and fully furnished Build to Rent apartments will be fully managed and operated by YPP and are now ready to reserve following one of the biggest launches that the city’s Build to Rent market has seen.

The buildings include 133 studios and one-bedroom apartments at Q Three Residence on Westgate, situated nearby to both Leeds Town Hall and the city’s financial district.

In addition, 168 apartments at Live Oasis Merrion Street Gardens by YPP, are being developed in the city’s Arena Quarter.

The scheme will offer a range of studios and three-bedroom penthouse apartments, with both developments being targeted towards young professionals and students.

“All three developments have their own unique personalities and styles and are fast approaching completion, meaning they will be ready to move into by September. This is one of the biggest apartment releases that Leeds has ever seen, but the strong number of signings that we’ve already agreed demonstrates the steadfast level of demand in the market for exceptional rental homes, with great amenities, in prime locations. Another major advantage is the standard of accommodation on offer across all these developments which means residents can literally arrive in Leeds, unpack their personal belongings and begin enjoying their new lifestyle immediately. Both our Live Oasis and Q brands are proven concepts and are renowned for offering luxurious and high-quality accommodation in Leeds, as well as other key cities including Manchester and we’re now looking forward to expanding both brands further. We’re already working on another four developments in Leeds city centre, which will launch in 2024, as well as exploring opportunities in the Midlands, which we look forward to unveiling soon.”

Another landmark scheme in the Arena Quarter is Live Oasis St Albans Place. The new 20-storey tower on Wade Lane is being built specifically for the city’s burgeoning student market and consists of 212 luxurious apartments, as well as an eight storey residents’ roof terrace.

All 513 apartments are fully furnished with their own kitchens, en-suite bathrooms and living areas with all three developments offering resident amenities including concierge services, resident lounges, gyms, private dining facilities and work and study spaces.

Alongside the launch, a further 75 homes will be made available in the coming months, as work approaches completion.

The apartments come complete with first-class amenities and are due to complete this summer.
