Formerly the UKAA, the Association for Rental Living (ARL) has announced that its Annual Build to Rent Conference will take place on Thursday 7 November 2024.

In exploring the theme ‘elevating rental living’, the conference will focus on elevating best practice, standards, connections, debate and moreacross the Build to Rent and wider living sectors.

Taking place at the Business Design Centre in London’s Islington, the conference will build on the success of the UKAA Build to Rent Conference and Awards held in November 2023.

The event saw a wide range of Build to Rent stakeholders come together to focus on the transformative value of investing in homes and communities and to establish valuable connections within the sector.

“Last November, our conference was praised across the sector as having the strongest content of all Build to Rent conferences. We addressed key issues to drive Build to Rent forward and gave delegates the opportunity to engage in developing actions for the ARL and for the sector.

“We will be building on that success at the ARL Annual Build to Rent Conference 2024, focusing on elevating rental living to government, policy makers, local authorities and the wider living sector.”

Brendan Geraghty, CEO, ARL

The ARL Annual Build to Rent Conference will run from 10am to 6pm, with the ARL Awards 2024 integrated throughout the conference programme. The day will be followed by a drink’s reception from 6pm until 8pm. Both ARL members and non-members are welcome at the conference.
