Apo Group Ltd appoints Rachel Hanniquet-Brooking as its new Director of Operations. Rachel’s arrival forms part of the company’s significant upcoming expansion and adds further depth to its existing market-leading expertise.
Rachel’s appointment is part of the operators senior management restructure, where she will sit alongside Director Matt Finch, who will now be focusing on building the company into a significant national operating business with market-leading performance. More senior appointments are expected to follow over the coming months.
“We are delighted to welcome Rachel to Apo. Our success in London has given us the confidence to expand more quickly on a national basis, and Rachel brings with her a wealth of experience of operating at that scale. I’m sure that she will be instrumental in our journey over the months and years to come. As the Build to Rent sector begins to mature our understanding of what really drives asset performance is growing every day. Bringing in Rachel to work alongside Matt and our existing team gives us the breadth to use that understanding to really drive-up returns for our investor and developer clients.”Matthew Pullen, CEO, Apo Group
Rachel joins Apo from Grainger Plc, where she held the role of National Head of Onboarding and Operations for its Build to Rent portfolio. Rachel has extensive experience in the design, mobilisation, customer experience, and management of multi-asset Build to Rent operations in locations across the UK.
Rachel is also a trainer and advisory panel member for Propertymark, a membership body for property agents. She will continue her role here whilst working with Apo.
“I am excited to join this ambitious company and support its growth with my experience. Apo is delivering a truly refreshing style of renting and has already achieved excellent results across its portfolio of rental neighbourhoods.”Rachel Hanniquet-Brooking, Director of Operations, Apo Group
