Amro Partners strengthens its senior leadership team with two key promotions, as it prepares to scale up its UK Build to Rent platform to become a major player in the market by the end of this decade.
Within the UK Build to Rent leadership team, Tom Donnachie has been promoted to Managing Director, UK Investment, and Stephen Hole has been promoted to Managing Director, UK Development. The company has also made two further promotions to Managing Director, to scale its European student housing platform.

Amro is already in advanced discussions with long-term institutional investment partners, as it begins a significant scale-up of its residential living investment platforms. The company is targeting £2bn gross portfolio value in its UK Build to Rent vehicle within the next four years.
Joining the company in 2022, Elisabetta Li Destri Nicosia, Director of Sustainability & ESG will also work closely with the team to implement sustainability strategies at asset, portfolio and corporate level as Amro doubles down on its ambitious NZC2025 target.
