Amro Partners, in partnership with Flemyn LLP, announce the acquisition of Croydon Park Hotel in Croydon, South London for its next Build to Rent project, as it seeks to target the delivery of 2,500 Build to Rent housing units across Greater London over the next five years.

The £200m GDV project, purchased unconditionally, will deliver circa 600 new Build to Rent units. Amenities including roof terraces, lounge areas, co-working spaces, a gym/wellness centre and cinema room. Construction at the Croydon Park Hotel is anticipated to begin in spring 2023 with a completion date in 2025, after which the project will be managed by Amro’s operational platform, Amro Living.

With the highest possible connectivity rating of PTAL 6b, the scheme will meet strong demand locally for high quality purpose-built rental accommodation with excellent transport links. The site is a two-minute walk from BOXPARK Croydon and East Croydon train station, which will get residents into London Bridge in 13 minutes and to London Victoria or Gatwick Airport in 15 minutes.

In line with Amro Partners’ NZC2030 pledge, the development will target a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating, Fitwel 3* certification and WiredScore Platinum – the global digital connectivity and smart technology certification.
