The promotions have come as a result of rapid growth the business is facing. Earlier in the year, Allsop released its annual report and accounts for the year end March 2022, showcasing a strong performance, with turnover up 31% and profit up 57%.

Promoted within the four new partners includes Michael Linane, Liam Dowdell and Damian Keeling appointed as Equity Partners and Richard Gale promoted to Salaried Partner, effective from 1 April 2023.

“We’re delighted to announce these well-deserved promotions across the business as we gear up for another year of firm-wide growth. Despite the challenges of the past 12 months, marked by the turmoil caused by the infamous mini-budget, numerous interest rate hikes and most recently, the risk of a new banking crisis, we’ve continued to push forward and build our capabilities across the firm, whilst ensuring Allsop remains a fun and rewarding place to work.”

“We look forward to the year ahead and will continue to invest in hiring people across most of our 11 business streams, providing a stimulating environment conducive to growth and outstanding results for our clients.”
