Allsop have appointed Brad Harris and Jack Robson, both of whom have worked at the firm previously and return to Allsop’s growing Leeds office, as their new Senior Associates.

Brad is responsible for residential land and development, whilst Jack is focussed on buying and selling residential investments, both in Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.

Brad will be working with private and corporate landowners to bring residential-led suburban and city centre opportunities forward for disposal.

He will also undertake consultancy work on behalf of landowners and developers, advising on residential values, demand, housing mix and deliverability.

With more than a decade of experience, Brad will be focusing on the acquisition and disposal of residential development sites on behalf of house builders, investment funds, high net worth individuals, and receivers and administrators.

Having previously worked at Allsop for over ten years, Jack went client-side in 2021, joining the investment team at HSPG as a Senior Acquisition Manager.

Whilst at HSPG the investment team transacted over 1,000 supported housing beds to major national and international funds.

Jack returns to Allsop with experience in portfolio aggregation, social housing leasing and large-scale transactions.

Upon his return, he will continue predominantly disposing of stabilised residential stock with a growing focus on social and supported housing.

“We are delighted to welcome back Jack and Brad who are proven experts in both the residential investment and development markets.  Their return to Allsop reinforces our offering in the regional markets, allowing us to maintain our high standards for existing clients, in addition to upholding our objective of investing in new and existing talent. The Leeds office has grown significantly over the last 12-months and we have plans over the short and medium-term to expand further in key areas, with the aim of providing best-in-class service across the residential and commercial real estate sectors.”

James Wilson, Partner, Allsop

Both Jack and Brad are part of Allsop’s growing Leeds office, which provides the full spectrum of agency and consultancy services throughout the residential and commercial property industry in Yorkshire, the North-East, the North-West and the Midlands.

Both will report to James Wilson, a partner in Allsop’s residential transactional and living markets team, with responsibility for residential investment and development.
