Baberton Grange in Warwickshire will deliver Build to Rent homes

Sigma Capital Group’s Simple Life brand will deliver new Build to Rent homes at its Baberton Grange development in Warwickshire.

Simple Life – by Sigma Capital Group plc –  will deliver new Build to Rent homes at its Baberton Grange development – which is part of a £55m new housing development in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. The development will see 50 Build to Rent homes – a mix of two, three and four bedroom properties which will be built by Countryside, a mixed-tenure developer specialising in placemaking and regeneration.

The Baberton Grange site is located on Plough Hill Road, less than three miles to Nuneaton train station which provides regular services to Coventry, Birmingham and London Euston. The M6, M42 and M69 motorways are also nearby. The site is also within walking distance to a number of shops – including Co-op and Aldi. There are excellent choices of schools nearby – including Park Lane Primary School and St Thomas More Catholic School.

The 50 new homes will sit within the larger development in the area which currently has 145 properties for sale with Countryside, and 105 affordable homes available from Midland Heart. The overall site has seen huge investment with over £900,000 in contributions agreed in respect of biodiversity off-setting, bus services, cycleway improvements – along with education, libraries, open space and play areas.
